Service Description
30-minute pet pop-ins in Wickford — bespoke visits built around exactly what your pet needs. Before your first pop-in we require a free Meet & Greet session — you can book this online. For more information please view our Meet & Greet service or contact us directly. Our pet pop-ins are bespoke to what your pet needs, and they're not limited to dogs — cats, rabbits, hamsters and other furry friends are all welcome. Whether it's feeding, fresh water, a toilet break, playtime or simply bundles of attention and company, we shape each visit around your pet. During your free Meet & Greet we'll create a tailored pop-in plan for your animal, so every visit covers exactly what they need while you're away. If feeding is part of the plan, you provide the food and we'll take care of the rest. Pop-ins can take place multiple times a day at your discretion, and we'll carry out any specific requests you have.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a walk within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% for the service. Canceling within 24 hours requires the full amount to be paid. This is done as we would not have enough time to find a replacement. If you wish to cancel pet sitting and/or overnight pet sitting this will require a 2 week notice otherwise you will be charged 50% of the total price. This is due to us turning down other customers for that period and we won't be able to find a replacement.
